Eye2Eye is not officially affiliated with or endorsed by McGill University, and McGill has no responsibility or liability for my participation.

My participation is voluntary and at my own risk. I take full responsibility for what I choose to share or discuss.

I understand that confidentiality cannot be guaranteed, and I will use discretion when sharing personal information.

If I need professional help, I will seek support from qualified mental health providers. In an emergency, I will contact local emergency services.

By joining, I agree to release Eye2Eye organizers, participants, and McGill University from any liability related to my participation.
